As the quote says “Self-help is the best help” and “God helps those who help themselves”, getting busy with some kind of good recreation or rather having one or more pre-occupations can bring a lot of change to stay away from desolation.

“Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world.” Helen Keller

opportunity to recreate a happy world of your own. Example – Browse Internet, watch movies, funny videos, spend time with family and friends.
  • Do what delights you and enlightens you. Such as – Gardening, baking, painting, stitching, reading etc.,
  • Spend time in prayer and share your thoughts with God and gain spiritual strength with divine knowledge.

“Look for yourself, and you will find in the long run only hatred, loneliness, despair, rage, ruin, and decay. But look for Christ, and you will find Him, and with Him everything else thrown in.” – C.S.Lewis
